Vericours has extensive experience in defining value propositions, strategic partnership programs, and in identifying and evaluating potential partners for best fit. Once multiple potential partners have been identified, Vericours helps rank partner candidates and facilitates introductions and support follow-up discussions to assist both firms in determining realistic objectives.

Using rapid situation assessments and workshop techniques, we then help clarify strategic objectives and guidelines. We emphasize explicitly identifying partnership issues and evaluating opportunities for operational synergies. We support teams in their brainstorming, fact-finding and analysis activities, which increases the likelihood of finding creative answers and reaching objective decisions. We help coordinate decision-making forums, and help senior leadership teams formulate effecitve communications strategies that facilitate the difficult process of bringing two different cultures together as one team.

We also assist in defining detailed action plans, including beta programs where required. These action plans include ongoing performance measurement metrics, required coordination practices, and performance measurement support technology, where appropriate.
